Shipping, Returns & Customer Service

We want you to purchase from MuskOx with confidence so we promise no risk returns. MuskOx will cover the cost of your return for unwashed and unworn full price items up to 31 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you wish to return a sale item you will be provided an in store/online credit for the sale prices.

To return an item you bought on sale, please email our team at and we will provide you an in store/online credit for the sale price. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange please Click Here. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition and original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will process your exchange and ship out a new item.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in the heart of Texas. We offer three methods for shipping, all via The US Postal Service:

  • First Class Parcel Post (only offered for packages 15oz and under), 3-8 days
  • Priority, 2-3 days
  • Priority Express, 1-2 days

You will have an option to select the method that best fits your shipping needs at check out. We offer free shipping within the US on orders over $75, and risk free returns at no charge. Our international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that occur when the product arrives to your country. For all EU customers, VAT will be collected by the shipping carrier on delivery for orders up to €150.

Packages are shipped from Michigan, Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday 9am - 12pm.

Price Adjustment Policy

MuskOx will credit the purchaser for the difference in price, in the event that a previously purchased product is marked down or participates in a site sales promotion within 7 days of the purchase.
